This power point presentation is a lesson of providing room service- definition, room service equipment and tools, and procedures from taking room service order, preparing and assembling the order, serving the order and clearing procedures. This consist also a motivational activity before presenting the lessons and some photos of room service equipment and tools and a quiz after the lessons. This will help the teacher to discuss the spiel and procedures of providing room service in large hotels as well as the students will have the knowledge when it comes to the right procedures in taking room service orders. Rubrics for return demonstration or practical is also provided to assess student's learning. For hotel owner, manager or even supervisor, this will be helpful in training the staff, or even waiter in providing room service to the guest when taking their order through telephone calls.
