Looking for a way to consistently have your primary students reflect on the Unit of Inquiry? This is a large format 'report card' that is intended for students to complete and share with parents. You can fill in the top part before heading to the copier.

Again, this is a large format for younger students. It's set up for 11x17 paper. Don't have that size? Most school copy machines can resize it for you to 'fit to page' on 8.5x11 paper. This would make it 2 double-sided 8.5x11, or 4 single-sided.

You may have students complete it one page at a sitting during the last week of unit or have them complete it all at once. You know your students best! The Reflective Unit Report can be copied after completion so the original can go home and the copy stays in the student portfolio. In fact, it can be resized for copies so all four pages fit on a single, double-sided 8.5x11 sheet.

Please note that if you are working in an authorized world school, you may put IB logos on this document. I've made it available at my authorized schools, but have blocked it out here to prevent logo infringement.
