Palindromic Numbers Word Problems Task Cards is a collection of 44 tasks. The answer to each task is a palindromic number, meaning it can be read the same forward and backward. The overwhelming majority of the tasks require the reader to perform the four basic operations to get the answer. Around 15 of the problems are multistep. A few of the tasks involve elapsed time and two require the reader to use prime numbers. Several of the tasks involve working with money. The reader is also given the opportunity to list the palindromic names, objects and places mentioned in the tasks. Verbally inclined learners will especially enjoy this part of the cards.
