Description
This is a great graphic organizer activity that I give my students AFTER I lecture on parallel lines cut by a transversal. What I find is that this activity helps to reinforce the information in the lecture, helping students to organize and retain what was presented. I count this as a quiz grade, but allow them to use their notes to complete it.
The back of the organizer has questions to answer in addition to coloring the front of the page. It covers marking lines parallel, naming angle pairs, identifying angle pairs and stating parallel lines theorems.
