Description
In this envelope activity, students practice matching parallel and perpendicular slopes. Download the preview to view the various forms of questions.
Envelope activities are a great way for students to get practice without having the feel of a drill and practice worksheet. Students can work in groups or individually. The teacher can have students pass the envelopes after a given amount of time while students stay in their seats, students can rotate between stations set up each with an envelope, or students can trade out envelopes at their own pace.
Included in this product are 6 envelope stations (3 parallel slopes, 3 perpendicular slopes) each containing 5 pairs of cards. It is recommended that the teacher print the cards on heavier paper, precut the cards, and place them in their respective envelopes. (Each page represents one envelope station.) The longer card on each page is intended to be used to label the envelope with the directions. Cards all have a color coordinated star in case the cards get mixed up between the envelopes.

great
Great resource!
Great!
Used with other activities as stations: works great
This was an effective review for my math intervention kiddos. Thanks!
I'm so thrilled they liked it!
thanks
Rushed into this activity. Make sure you notice how easy some are vs. others. I tried to do each one and pass it. Other groups were left waiting. Awesome activity though
Thank you for your feedback, Michael.
Looking forward to trying this in my Geometry class.
