Description

Use this editable contact log to keep track of each parent you contact, notes about your exchange and other details. You can print the slides to use it in a binder or keep a digital log on your computer.

There is an editable key you can personalize based on your needs and types of contact that you use. You can also edit the student names and all text fields within the table. There is a dedicated table per student in order to organize everything by each student, but still keep it all in one document. If you have more students than the 18 tables provided, please feel free to duplicate the page or the tables in order to create as many as you need for each of your students.
