Description

Editable Parent Contact Log or Parent Communication Log. There are 3 different styles included in an editable PowerPoint document. Use a letter code for recording the Reason or Purpose for your parent contact and enter how the contact was made or use a number code (see below). You can have one page for each student and have a fluid document for the entire year or you can have four students on a page. There is space to type in your notes, the outcome or the plan of action. Keep the file with your lesson plans or in your teacher binder and you have a running record of your communications with parents.

  • Enter one student at a time or enter class list with 4 students to a page

A good template to use to help keep track of parent contacts. I could not figure out how I wanted to make my own template. This saved me time by not having to make one.
