If you use an online scheduling platform to have parents sign up for parent teacher conferences, then this resource is for you! Just generate a QR code of your sign up link and insert it into the conference sign up slips for an easy way to inform parents to sign up for a conference! Also included are conference reminder slips to confirm and remind parents of their conference. Both slips are EDITABLE, which means you can customize the text to your liking. Please note that the title, clipart and QR code box are not editable.
These slips print four to a sheet to save paper and is in black and white to save ink. Just print on colored paper for a pop of color and cut into fourths!
In addition, a blank conference schedule template on Google Sheets to input all the conferences is included . This is great for your own reference, to print out and post outside your classroom door, and/or share with the front office for their reference.
