This Parent and Student Communication Notes pack is a great resource to keep a track of all those conversation you have with parents and students. It was designed for distance learning but can easily be applied for your regular conversations! We know a lot of you during distance learning are having to call up parents and keep notes – this product allows for you to keep it all in one place. It also includes a poster with tips on how to have a positive phone call – one that we have tried and tested, and it provides excellent results! We have provided a black/white and coloured version of the notes (2 copies so you can print back to front) as well as an example to help you use it!
How do I use this in the classroom:
I print the coloured version of the notes and print it back to front. Then, I hole punch and bind these and keep it in a folder for storage. When making phone calls during distance learning, I record the conversations using these notes. I laminate and put up the conversation tips near my desk to constantly remind myself on what to say and not to say!
