Parent/Teacher conferences should incorporate the student's input! This product includes student AND teacher reflection forms to guide your conference with a parent/guardian.

This product includes the following:

• Teacher reflection form 2 - subject area specific with short answers

The two teacher and student reflection forms - class performance and work habits, classroom and school behavior have the student and the teacher grading the student's performance using the same rubric. This is a great way to compare how the student thinks they are doing to the teacher's view.

The second teacher reflection form allows for narrative input on reading, writing, math, and behavior information.

The student goal form allows students to develop goals for themselves over the next quarter/semester/trimester.

To use this product, spend time completing each from with the student prior to the conference. Use this time as an opportunity to reflect with the student on their progress thus far and compare the two reflection forms.

Then use the completed forms when conferencing with the parent. Have the student attend the conference and discuss their reflection form and goals! This is a great way to have the student take ownership over their conference.
