Participation Incentive Cards
Share

Description

I used these participation cards when training teachers. When training for an entire day on a topic, it's easy for a group to lose focus. Varying on the length of the training, I would add or remove stars and change the wording on the card. You can use a regular hole punch to remove the stars along the edge of the cards, or go the extra mile and purchase a star hole punch from a craft store. Printing these in color really gives them that extra oomph! I used these occasionally in the classroom, on days when the students had a large amount of content to take in. Once a card was fully punched, I signed the back and it went into a drawing at the end of the day/training. This is a classroom management technique that works for the young as well as adult learners. The file is a Microsoft Publisher file in the business card format. Feel free to modify it for your own use!
