Here are 9 handouts to reinforce the 2nd grade common core standard of partitioning rectangles. These handouts can be used in so many different ways. They can be used to guide your whole group instruction, independent work or centers, small group instruction, homework and/ or assessment. Could be adapted and used in other grade levels as well to work on the concept of arrays, rows, columns and partitioning.
