This form helps take a task off of your plate - catching up absent students! I typically have students sit in teams of 4, so anytime a student is absent from their team, the remaining team members grab a form and fill it out. They put it back in the box at the end of class. Their missing teammate will grab the form the next day and know exactly what was missed! This will also work with partners!

Students will fill out the classroom announcements, the class agenda, homework, and additional comments made in class.

This is a huge time saver and promotes students to work together and be independent from the teacher.
