How did we decide Galaxy? - Galaxy was chosen by our interest - The Solar System. Galaxy Twist was created with the taste of the 'unknown'. We weren't sure if this was going to be Yummy - surprisingly; it was a HIT! Everyone enjoyed it. Feel free to change the name to something that the children will enjoy naming it. Your recipe might not stay the same as ours depending on what your family enjoys eating.
