Pattern Block Symbols Mats

Give the students a mat and pattern blocks. Have the students arrange the pattern blocks according to the shape given on each card. Students will work on spatial and visual problem solving. I have included worksheets in this file for the students to complete. Students can work on naming the 2D shapes of the pattern blocks as well. Each sheet is designed differently. Spinners are provided in this file.

Symbols/Signs: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Greater Than, Less Than, Equal To, Percent, Number Sign, Dollar Sign.
