Students will have fun forming upper case letters with pattern blocks. There are three templates provided in this file. The first level has the students place the same colored blocks on the mat to create the letter. The second level is a black and white mat with pattern outlines. Students place their blocks on the mat. The last level is an open design having the students form their own letter with given blocks. Each level has the students count and record the number of blocks used on each mat. Spinners included in the file.
