Pattern Necklaces!

Practice patterning in a fun way and engaging way! I included enough different kinds of pattern pictures to created many different kinds of patterns (i.e. AB, ABC, AABB...)

How do you create a pattern necklace?

1.Decide what kind of pattern you want to make (AB, ABC, AABB…)

2.Cut out the patterns you want to use.
Color the patterns if you chose the black and white patterns.

3.Fold the pattern on the middle line, over a piece of yarn or string. Glue the back of the pattern together.

4.Continue your pattern and then wear it!

This activity also helps little ones practice fine motor skills!
