Description

Adding labels to common household or classroom items is another way to expose your child or students to environmental print. Environmental print is the print children see every day on cereal boxes, store signage, road signs, logos, and more. Children learn to recognize and ”read” these words long before any formal reading instruction takes place. This is called the logographic stage.

With these Home Environment Labels (Sticky Notes), we can informally introduce children to the printed names of common items.

These can be used for children age 9 months - 5-year-olds

Includes 22 common household words. May also be used in the classroom. Plus, your choice between two design patterns.
