This set of 40 Patterning Task Cards reviews the concepts of pattern rules, finding the next term in a pattern, using algebraic expressions to describe patterns and graphing patterns. Whether you use this as a unit introduction, math centre, or review activity, your students will love this activity. An answer sheet and answer key are included.

My class was very motivated to try and answer all the problems! With the differentiated problems all students in my class found success. I used this after a formative assessment, to provide additional practise and reinforce learning prior to assessing at the end of our unit.
Tasks cards are great - easy to differentiate for a class and engage all levels.
