• This resource is for patterns and coordinate grids and aligns with 5.OA.3, 5.G.1, and 5.G.2. I have included grids on the problems where grids are required.

What is Included:

• 4 pages of no prep review
• 16 total problems

Each type of math problem (constructed response or multiple choice) contains two pages with 4 questions on each page. You can assess your students with one page and then use the other page as a re-teaching page. You can use both pages as a test prep activity. There are a total of 4 pages of problems for a total of 16 questions (8 constructed response and 8 multiple choice).

Answer keys and data analysis forms are included for you and your students to track their master with patterns and coordinate grids.
