I like the links, however, many need updating every year. I am not sure how to do it myself since it is not an editable PDF. The onliy reason it looses one star. Ms. Cookie -- can you update for 2025-2026 please!

These pages helped my students with Pedro's Journal. It helped bring out important parts of the book. It helped me gauge if my students were understanding the context. This was used in an 8th grade resource ELA class.

Used this as a supplement to the Woke Homeschooling's "Oh Freedom" assignment. It was a great way to evaluate comprehension and add context to our discussions.

I'm a retired middle grades ELA teacher who is currently homeschooling my 4th grader. I loved all the activities in this resource. It was an excellent companion to the novel Pedro's Journal. The enrichment resources really help build the world, and tell a more truthful tale of the "discovery of America".
