WHAT ARE BOOM CARDS?

Boom cards are an engaging digital activity for students! They provide immediate feedback as students complete their work. They are prep-free and paperless: students play on the Boom Learning website. You will need a log in, but students do not need one to use Boom Cards with the fast pin option. You don't need to print or prep anything- just assign and your students will be ready to learn!

To use Boom Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with "Fast Pins," (play provides instant feedback for self-grading Boom Cards). Fast Play is always a free way for students to engage with Boom Cards decks. For additional assignment options you'll need a premium account. If you are new to Boom Learning, you will be offered a free trial of our premium account. Read here for details: http://bit.ly/BoomTrial.

My students loved using this resource for work! They were engaged in the resources and had no trouble getting it started. It didn't take much time to prepare the resources so it was easy for me t use in time crunch, I adapted a little bit for my emerging bilingual students and have them skip some of the challenging questions.
