Performances don't have to be stressful! I have twenty-three years of experience organizing multiple concerts each year involving hundreds of students at a time across multiple grade levels. Experience allows you to try things in different ways, and I have found a few tips and tricks that make performances easier to manage.

There is always a lot to do to get them ready, and a lot that I could forget.

Check lists always help me stay organized and focused on tasks that I can control. This simple to use, ready to print, no frills document can help any music performance, and would be especially useful for beginning teachers. I broke the tasks down into manageable steps in a no-rush six month time line.
