Help your students discover some of the organizational patterns of the periodic table through observation and grouping! Cards are all printed on one page to allow students to easily fit them on one standard size notebook page or glue across two composition style notebook pages. Students can create their own groups based on the patterns they see within the cards or you can have them glue down the cards in the correct pattern and have them look for patterns. This activity could easily be incorporated with other station activities or used for a whole group or small group lesson.
