My son was my "test subject" for this unit before I use it with my freshman in the fall. He LOVED it because it was different, not the same old read-it-write-about-it English lesson. It also struck me that the individual's perceptions and background knowledge GREATLY affect the interpretation and analysis of any photo. We even took pics at different angles to continue this study. WELL DONE!
