Description

Who would you give your chair to? We have created a chair, just like Peters, for your students to put together. Let them pick whether it should be pink or blue, depending on who they are willing to give it to. The children can personalize the chair by drawing their own designs. Next, have them write about the person they are giving the chair to. Have them tell why that person is so special. These writings can either hang from the bottom of the chair or on the back of the chair. We have provided you with two sample pictures to show you both options.

In this packet, we have also included many comprehension and phonics practice pages. We have also included a book, entitled Family Tree. This will allow students to create a descriptive book about the members of their family. We hope you and your children enjoy the craft, as well as, the many learning opportunities included in this packet.
