Description
Make phonics fun with this packet of activities on r-controlled AR pattern. Students will read a story and find the words with the pattern. They will use these words in many different ways including rhyming them, drawing them, and using them to answer comprehension questions about the story. Students will also have a chance to brainstorm other words with the pattern.
You can use this packet in your reading centers, as part of your regular instruction in words, or as homework! Your students will love the variety of activities.
