Description

If you are like me, you're probably always on the lookout for engaging and challenging early finisher activities! This collection of writing prompts is sure to delight your students while fostering creativity and providing additional writing practice. They can be utilized in a few different ways:

Option 1: Laminate small cards, cut apart, & put on rings.

Option 2: Display in a small pocket chart in a writing center.

Option 3: Attach select prompts to the front of composition notebooks for class narrative anthologies.

Option 4: Tape/velcro prompts to a compute for typing practice.

Option 5: Display large pages of the pdf file on your SMARTboard or put in a binder.

A range of different creative writing picture prompts that the kids find engaging. I use these as task cards for early finishers. My only wish is that there is an editable option as well so we can add new pictures once the kids have completed them all.
