I absolutely love arrow cards and these were perfect for my 5th grade students. I would have liked to have a 0 arrow card for every place value. When I use the arrow cards, I say they must have one of each color arrow to make the number. This helps them remember that a 0 in the ten thousands is needed to create the number stated.

Hi Christine, thankyou so much for your review. That is a great suggestion as I'm sure there are other teachers out there using the cards this way and would like the option. I have now added a zero card to each page for each set as well as pages of zero cards at the end of the resource for buyers who have already made their sets and want to add zero cards without reprinting the whole lot again. Thankyou again for your suggestion, I hope the resource is really helpful for your grade 5's throughout the year :)
