How It Works:
- Students draw two cards

- Then they build the number using the base ten block numbers
- Write it out - i.e. drawing a 4 and a 7 could become 47 (4 tens and 7 ones). You can switch it up with different challenges—like making the biggest number, smallest number, or even writing expanded form!
- Say it aloud to reinforce place value understanding.
Printing Tip:
Print on cardstock for durability and laminate for long-term use in centers or math tubs. Be sure to choose "FIT TO PRINTABLE AREA" when printing
