This set of 48 place value logic puzzle task cards offers a fun way to challenge students to think about numbers in a new way. These number riddles with engage students and the task card format is so much better than a boring worksheet!

Number sense and the ability to think flexibly about place value and numbers boosts students depth of understanding and supports the development of a strong foundation in math.

These task cards also provide a solution for simple differentiation by increasing in rigor across the set. Beginning with 2-digit number riddles for beginners and working all the way up to 5-digit mystery numbers for more advanced students.

UPDATE!!! There are several errors with this product For example, 48,39,29 are incorrect completely. Disappointed that I paid for this resource. These were different and easy to understand. Perfect amount of practice per page. Not too much not too little! Cool!
