Learning the place value of whole numbers can sometimes be a challenge for students. This 49-Slide Place Value PowerPoint lesson allows students to read, write, and explain the value of each digit in a number. Students will use and complete place value charts for writing the values of the models. They will also demonstrate how to write numbers in standard form, expanded form, and word form. This presentation includes the following:
