If you're looking for place value practice, then this is the place for it! This interactive place value unit using Google Slides (TM) includes 5 activities that cover a range of place value concepts.

Activities included are:

1. Build a Number - use virtual base-10 blocks to build 2- and 3-digit numbers

2. What's my Number? - count sets of base-10 blocks that model various numbers

3. Expanded Form - use virtual place value number cards to build number sentences depicting the expanded form of a number

4. Number Names - read number words and use virtual base-10 blocks to build 2- and 3-digit numbers

5. Compare Numbers - use virtual greater than and less than signs to compare sets of base-10 blocks modeling numbers

The DIGITAL manipulatives using Google Slides (TM) make these activities fun and engaging. Directions on how to share this resource in Google Classroom (TM) as well as student directions and answer keys are included. The Google drive folder consists of three files:

*Place Value HTO – activities for students to complete with a clear example showing how to use the virtual manipulatives and any workspaces (31 p)

*Teacher Notes for Sharing– explains how to share resources using Google Classroom (7 p)

*Directions and Answer Keys– explains how to complete the activities and provides printable answer keys (8 p)
