Description

***Teach students how to successfully complete performance tasks independently by the end of the school year through this birthday performance task.

Modeled after state testing expectations, students will learn how to work through a series of math problems by using math critical thinking skills. They will learn how to effectively use answers from previous problems to solve a variety of questions.

Question types include multiplication, interpreting data in tables, addition, subtraction, elapsed time, as well as correcting errors in problems while also explaining how to fix the mistakes.

***This document is an activity on my TpT account as a PDF with the same title, but has now been recreated on Google Slides to accommodate distance or remote learning. I was unable to attach this to to the current activity and did not want to delete it.
