Baseball Math Activities ~ What’s Included:
Color sort: Print, laminate, and cut apart. Have little ones sort pictures by color. You can use the same cards to pattern, as well. (Pages 4-10)
‘Play Ball’ Baseball concepts game. Play an indoor baseball game with your class by having them up to bat and move around the bases by answering correctly the concept card/question. A baseball field gameboard is included. Concept cards included: colors, shapes, numbers. and 10 frames. You can also print off two sets of each concept and play a ‘memory’ game or match cards during circle/learning times, if desired. (Pages 11-18)
Baseball 10 frames. Use baseball related items, such as white pom poms, cotton balls, sunflower seeds, popcorn, or baseball erasers as counters. (page 19)
Baseball sort. There are two different sorting options. Students cut apart pictures and glue on the sorting sheet. (20-22)
