This is a point card that I use with many of my students who need motivation or who have behavior issues at school. This gives a visual model for students to see how they are doing, and also a reminder of what they are working towards. The point cards have 1.5" squares so the tokens are visible and easy for students to view. You can make your own tokens using a child's favorite topic or character, or simply use stars or smiley faces.

I attach the tokens and reinforcer pictures with velcro so then the child can easily take them off to "cash out" and earn their reinforcer.

The file contains point cards consisting of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 tokens depending on the child.
