This is an Excel Spreadsheet I use to track my students behavior and points. The sheet comes with the following categories but can be customized as needed; On Time, Work Completed, Respectful, Positive Disposition, Followed Rules. It has a spot to track each area for each student for each day of the week.

I use these to create the "participation/behavior" grades for my high school level, special education students.

It tracks up to 6 students per page. I work at a very transient school so I just write in my names every week, but you can type the names in and print them each week to save time.
