Point-slope form guided notes are to use in your classroom to teach students how to write linear equations in point-slope form given a point and slope, two points, and convert point-slope form to slope-intercept form. A powerpoint presentation is included for you to use with the note sheets to help guide your students through the notes. After each set of notes there are problems for students to try on their own so that they can practice their new learning right away. These notes are a great tool for students to look back to as they work through problems!
