Description

Students will answer multiple choice questions to write the equation of a line in point slope given (1) a point and a slope, (2) two points, and (3) a graph, as well as determine the correct graph given an equation in point-slope form.

Based on the answers to these questions, students will color a thanksgiving turkey image.

(blank page in the middle so the image will be on it's own page double-sided for students who prefer markers to color)

Create equations in two or more variables to represent relationships between quantities; graph equations on coordinate axes with labels and scales.
Understand that the graph of an equation in two variables is the set of all its solutions plotted in the coordinate plane, often forming a curve (which could be a line).
Graph functions expressed symbolically and show key features of the graph, by hand in simple cases and using technology for more complicated cases.
