Polar Graphs Drag and Drop Digital Match-Up for Google Slides and Distance Learning:

This activity is designed to help your PreCalculus students review key concepts related to identifying types of polar graphs and their respective equations from your unit on Applications of Trigonometry. There are 12 graph cards in the set. Each graph card has a corresponding equation card that can be placed under the matching graph. A digital student recording sheet is also included for sharing their answer key with you.

You can use this digital LOW PREP resource designed with Google Slides™ for your PreCalculus or Trigonometry students as an assessment, homework, or paperless assignment.

KEY CONCEPTS/TOPICS include:

1. Identify types of polar graphs from equations.

How do students interact with this resource?

Students will have 12 graph cards that will match an equation card to complete the paired set. When finished, students can share the entire file with the teacher or complete a digital table that is provided for student responses which will make it easy to grade.

Teaching Suggestions:

•Use as an end of unit review activity.

•Use as a review activity for your year-end preparation.

•Use as an online learning experience with distance learning.
