Polygon Building Blocks is an animated PowerPoint presentation including an interactive student guide. This lesson is aligned with National Common Core Math Standard 4.G.1. All material included may be edited to fit individual needs. The learner recognizes and draws lines, rays, line segments, angles and other geometric features of polygons. In total there are forty pages of material suited for smartboards, projectors, pads, computers or print. Student objectives include drawing geometrical objects, using features to classify triangles and other polygons, and describing geometric figures using accurate, math terminology.
