This polynomials algebra template can be used as a warm up, exit ticket or as a quick check for understanding. Students get a template and a polynomial function, then are asked to sketch the polynomial and find its degree, multiplicities, zeros and end behavior.

I print a stack to have on hand as students enter the room. I then have a polynomial function projected on the board. Students write down the polynomial and fill in the rest of the template.

You can also start students with a polynomial graph and ask them to find its function.
