This Spring positional words activity is designed to help students practice using prepositions! Where is the Chick is a fun Spring prepositions activity where students will see or move the chick over, above, below, under, next to, beside, between, on top of, in front of, behind, close to, far from, inside, and near an egg.
These Easter mini-books are great for in person & distance learning with Google Slides™ and Seesaw™ versions included! Students will love moving the chick all around the eggs.
This Set includes:
Where is the Chick? (Where is the chick? The chick is between the eggs.)
includes: over, above, below, under, next to, beside, between, on top of, in front of, behind, close to, far from, inside, and near
1 book with 3 versions
- a book with dots for students to be able to practice 1 to 1
- an interactive book where students read the sentence and move the chick to match
- an interactive book where students pick the positional word to match the picture (chose which words you want your kids to pick from!)
Each unnumbered reader has:
- a black and white PDF version with 2 books to a page
- a color Seesaw™ version (links included to pre-uploaded books found in the READ ME FIRST file)
- a color Google Slides™ version of each book WITH audio
Plus:
- A Parents Tips page with an editable version included
- A printable color classroom book with movable chick
*Audio Sharing
If you are finding that the audio isn't working for you or your students, please use the link in the READ ME FIRST file to add the files directly to your Google Drive! Most districts will not allow someone outside of your district to share files with students. Some districts DO NOT allow audio that originated out of the district. If the link is not working for you please email me at TeachingWithCoffeeAndMascara@gmail.com so that I can send you the direct files.
This is not a zip file but instead a file in Google. You will need to have a google account to open this file. Inside you will find all of the items in either a pdf format or a google slide. TPT does NOT allow me to use subfolders to organize the items for you, please read the READ ME FIRST file to help you know what all is included in your download.
