This whole class reward system is perfect for encouraging positive behavior! Students are working toward earning compliments, making it perfect for the hallway, lunchroom or special classes! I always discuss the importance of doing the right thing, even when they are not in my classroom. The other teachers in the building know we are looking for compliments and the students work hard to earn them! Every time we earn a compliment, we add a piece to our Rainbow or Lucky Charms bowl! Once it is complete, students earn the treat :)

This could be used for more than just compliments! Students could earn pieces for compliments, homework, AR goals, and much more!
