Description
After a big test or quiz, students sometimes need a chance to breathe. I give them what I call a Post-Test Questionnaire - a half-sheet where they can answer True/False to a couple of short questions, and then tell me two things they enjoy about the class, two things they would like to see differently, and anything else they may feel the need to share.
In the 11 years that I have been doing this, I have learned of things students appreciated that I have done for them that I may not have thought were a big deal, and I have found out about mental illness, family issues, and other things that students did not feel comfortable saying out loud in a classroom full of their peers.

GREAT RESOURCE THANK YOU!
This is something I use for students to have a chance to tell me things that I may not be realizing myself. I would only use it two or three times a year for maximum quality of responses!
