This is for a template to create this project:
Each child will receive a pot, 20 gold coins, and 1 rainbow.
Students can then choose how many coins to use to make their array and write the equations. This is a great way to differentiate for different abilities in your classroom!
There is a rainbow for repeated addition equations and a rainbow for multiplication equations.

My students and I loved this activity! It was the perfect way to end our arrays unit, especially because it was right around St Patty’s day. We hung them in the hallway and received so many compliments, including admin.
