Description
Want to help your students develop better questioning, inferring, and reasoning skills? Use these PowerPoint games to help do just that!
These games are made for the entire class to participate in! There are 5 games included with different content for each game. These games are similar to the children's game "Guess Who?"
Games Included:
* Shapes
* Multiplication
* Division
* Expanded, Standard, and Word Form
* Large Numbers (Place Value)
How to play:
1. Before projecting to your students, add their names to the name wheel so that while playing you can randomly select students to call on.
2. To play simply project the game in front of the class in presentation mode. Explain to you students that you are thinking of one of the cards and they may only ask yes and no questions to try to guess the correct card.
3. As students ask questions, some cards will be eliminated. To eliminate any of the cards, all you need to do is click on it.
I have included teacher directions along with sample questions that might be asked for each of the games. You may want to help guide your students to good questioning skills.
