Pre-Algebra Notebook Cover and Progress Card
Notebook Cover and Progress Card are inserted in each student's clear overlay front and back (Progress Card).
Progress Cards are a tool used to keep parents in the loop as students complete a Chapter/Topic and Assessment. In addition, it provides the teacher a tool to consistently grade student's notebook as they finish a chapter/topic. Each sheet accommodates six chapters/topics.
Typically each student math notebook (binder) has the following order for each lesson learned in a chapter/topic:
1. Notes/Cornell Notes w/ guided practice work
2. Independent practice (Classwork)
3. Homework
Progress Cards contain the following columns:
- Date
- Chapter/Topic
- Organization Check Boxes
- Teacher Comments
- Score
- Parents Signature
