Description
Task boxes are great to introduce independent work for our youngest learners! They are also great for taking data, especially if you're targeting specific IEP goals related to academic and fine-motor tasks. I decided to design a task box data sheet that is simple and quick. Included is a how-to page to show what each element of the table has and how you can use it.
File includes a four-page PowerPoint with editable table elements on the actual resource.
