I give my students a crisis form for each speaker and one for their own speech. I've been amazed at the helpful critiques them have come up with. Also they critique themselves very accurately. I will continue to use these for the rest of the year.
These were great for scoring student presentations. It gave them a rubric to see before they gave their speeches and, after talking through it, allowed them to see what I would be looking for.
